Formulation Scientist Needed to formulate nutrient systems and nutraceutical Ingredients for various food/ Pharmaceutical applications, And provide technical support To research and development, Sales/marketing and customers. Position requires Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent as Determined by a credential Evaluation, in Food Science, Nutrition or related field, in Addition to 2 years experience As a Formulation Scientist or Related occupation. Must have 2 years applied work experience , which may be concurrent, with All of the following:1)Food product Development for milk and milk Products; 2) Use of food microbiology/ Analysis/engineering with food And processed milk products; And 3) Processing and quality Control issues associated with Market milk, sweetened condensed Milk, UHT (ultra high temperature), Retest and other daily products.
