May perform one or more of the following:

Functional Description:
? Prepare, research, and write compliant, persuasive grant text in the areas of qualifications, experience, staffing, technical responses, and resumes
? Knowledge with CMS rules and regulations
? Strong/effective writing skills
? Strong Financial skills
? Manage writing on multiple moderately complex grants
? Participate in kickoff, solution, and status meetings
? Assist in writing/editing/compliance functions as required
? Assist production in proofreading and editing functions, and on book checks
? Assists ACS and DHH with federal report production requirements
? Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process

Education and Typical Years Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related fields.

Special Requirements





· Well-documented oral and written communication skills.
· Mid-level expertise in MS Word.Ability to use Excel, Access, and/or PowerPoint preferred..
· Willingness to work extended hours.
· Demonstrates superior computer literacy





· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Effective presentation of information and response to questions from management and Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH)
