Functional HR Report Analysts - 7366BAB

CCCi has an opportunity for strong Functional HR Reporting Analysts to work with our large Energy client here in the Charlotte area. These roles are responsible for working on Data Consolidation and Report Integration Project in client s Human Resources Dept. Key responsibilities will include: data requirements gathering and documentation; quality and security design and implementation; participation in overall functional design; testing; work with designing and implementation of future state user experience and support structure.

6-9 years experience required along with a 4 year degree in Computer/Information Science, Systems, Engineering or Equivalent Science. Candidates must also have experience with HR systems/data elements, data hubs, HR data laws, HR data concepts. Must have strong oral & written communication skills with focus on diverse audiences, effective time management with strong ethic of pushing to completion, the ability to read and understand process flows, strong trouble shooting, cause/effect skills and finding solutions and the ability to multi-task and take on multiple assignments/projects. Candidates must also be well versed in Microsoft SQL Server and Transactional SQL development and be a strong team player. Desired skills are strong negotiation skills, an eye for details and the big picture, an understanding of solution development methodology, knowledge/understanding of Energy client s systems, IT security standards, and fundamental architecture. Additional knowledge of HR functional areas, the HR transactional systems and how data is leveraged, systems and data consulting experience and understanding of SDLC desired. 5+ years experience in some combination of data architecture, data modeling, relational databases, data oversight and integrity desired.
