Description
Our client large Fortune 500 company that specializes in HR related solutions. We are currently looking for several strong functional PeopleSoft resources for a large implementation located in Baltimore, Maryland. Candidates may be located anywhere in the US, as all travel expenses will be reimbursed promptly. This is the very early stages of a high profile, high priority project that will extend into late 2007.

These individuals will be responsible for the successful implementation of an HR Business Process Outsourcing solution, using excellent functional, technical and project management knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks.

Consultants will be primarily responsible for mapping interfaces to PeopleSoft.

Analyze complex client requirements related to human resources policies and procedures. Design solutions, both functional and technical, relative to client requirements related to human resource management/processing. Mentoring and coaching of less experienced consultants, providing input to development/training plans.

1. Provides Implementation Services, utilizing standardized processes, tools and deliverables to implement functional design solutions for various project tasks. Process may be adapted to fit the specific requirements of the client, resulting in the delivery of high-quality services.

2. Prepares work plans for owned tasks and manages self to the completion of those tasks. May provide leadership to the client on specific tasks. Provides timely and accurate input on project status to project management. May develop and maintain the project plan for all or specific project components as directed by project management.

3. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of applicable products and services by correctly answering questions and designing/delivering solutions to meet client needs. Conducts an in-depth analysis of requirements and specifications to determine the appropriate course of action. Applies knowledge of product and service components and internal systems to client, individual, department, and organization goals.

4. Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advise and influence clients and the user at line management levels. Prepares written communications such as status/issue reports, project/internal correspondence, and functional specifications and customization specifications. Delivers prepared, concise, and persuasive formal presentations in a variety of settings.

5. Influences others through involvement in process and decision making. Builds and sustains relationships of trust and respect with others. This may include presenting the functional analysis results to the client and soliciting feedback on design and solution alternatives.

6. Works under limited supervision, exercises independent judgment in setting priorities and workflow for self, making recommendations to ensure high quality service levels and solution adaptation. Must make quick decisions on resolving or prohibiting client issues. Optimizes the use of his/her own time, making certain that deadlines are met and budget targets are met or exceeded.
