Title: Graphic Designer/Web Designer
Department: Strategic Marketing and Communications
Reports to: VP, Strategic Marketing and Communications
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The Graphic Artist develops creative design concepts and high-resolution computer graphics. Design a broad range of printed material in addition to web applications and other media presentations.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Design graphics that impact the marketing strategies of COMPANY
Able to provide multiple design choices as a solution to each project
Create visual concepts
Develop Flash E-Promotions
Present work in-house and to our customer clientele
Prepare materials for print
Complete projects on rigorous fast-paced deadlines
Collaborate with Advertising teammates on marketing and creative objectives
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and the following Adobe applications: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash and Acrobat. Working knowledge of graphic design/layout, writing composition, photography, illustration, scanning and production. Must have strong web design experience. Multimedia experience helpful. Dreamweaver software familiarity. Requires five or more years of experience. Financial services experience helpful. Must be detail oriented. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
