Are you an experienced Industrial Gas Turbine Controls Engineer? If so, read on!

Based in beautiful, sunny Florida we are a world leader in energy and power production and manufacturing. Due to strong growth we are looking for an experienced Gas Turbine Controls Engineer with strong experience on large frame Industrial Gas Turbines. You will be responsible for standard outage maintenance projects, system upgrades, new installations, commissioning & startup on gas turbines.

What you will be doing!

- Performing enhancements on existing controls systems as well as commissioning & starting up new systems
- Generating control product specs for modifications
- Creation of new controlling software and hardware for control system installations
- Perform factory acceptance testing and support installation and validation of systems in the field. This includes controllers, fuel gas skids, and ancillary BOP mods necessary to integrate with the gas turbine
- Expected to perform control logic troubleshooting on gas turbines

What you need to have!

- 5+ years with Emerson Ovation DCS; any WDPF and GE Mk-V, Mk-VI
- 5+ years commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, programming and configuring gas turbines equipped with Emerson Ovation DCS
- Experience tuning emission systems for gas turbines with DLN-1, DLN-2.6 combustion systems
- Ability to travel up to 50% - 60%
