Global Director of Service Delivery

Duties:

• Responsible for the planning of overall IT services for company
• Responsible for service strategy and IT architecture
• Ensure IT service outcome and IT service delivery quality
• Initiation of CSIP (Continuous Service Improvement Program)
• Update of the IT Service Portfolio, Service Catalog and IT Service modifications
• Ensure SLA s
• Work with managers to make sure business needs are met
• Define IT roadmap
• Define IT Service bundles and Service Components to fulfill business needs
• Accountable for Service levels, measurements, bundles, resources, pricing and internal IT cost allocations
• Design IT Service options between quality and cost

Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience in service delivery
• 2+ years in management role for distribution company
• Forecasting experience
• Ability to align IT service offerings with business strategy
• IT Service Management and Process Management experience
• Solid PM skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working in a global environment with multiple vendors
• BS Degree desired
• Proven success record developing and implementing new solutions to meet business needs
