Job Description

This role has responsibility for the strategic direction, design, co-ordination and delivery of all IT aspects of the Global ERP Program.
Primary responsibilities include:
1. Defining the ERP Program strategy and roadmap for global roll-out
2. Facilitating key stakeholder alignment and engagement for the program; holds stakeholders accountable for delivering against their commitments
3. Collaborating with Enterprise Architect in the architectural design and blue print
4. Working with the PMO, building common processes, methodology, and framework for implementation
5. Providing overall Program Management Office activities for the program - planning, change control, cost management.
6. Providing leadership and management for all internal technical resources on the program.
7. Managing all external technical resources and relationships on the program.
8. Coordinating all technical inputs to the program, managing cross-team interdependencies and impacts, resolves or escalates issues as required.
9. Defining and managing performance measures, regularly reporting on status against project plans.
10. Managing risk associated with program implementation and developing risk mitigation strategies
11. Providing program financial management; responsible for supporting and enabling the business to realize the tangible/intangible benefits of implementing the program
12. Other duties as assigned

Part 2: Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience)
· 1. B.S. or BBA in Information Systems/Computer Science or comparable combination of education and experience; MIS or MBA preferred
· 2. 15 years of broad application development experience, with 10 years in large scale ERP Program Management, including global roll-outs with budget size of $5 million and larger.
· 3. 4 years of experience with SAP software; SAP certification a plus
· 4. Proven track record of delivering large complex projects within budget and on time
· 5. Extensive exposure to designing, implementing, and improving business processes in an ERP application environment
· 6. Experience with large, medium, and small roll-out situations, able to scale implementation up or down as required by the business
· 7. Experience implementing, designing and enforcing project methodology and controls.
· 8. Experience managing multiple project teams with 5 - 15 project team leaders/managers and multiple project teams consisting of 50-90 team members
· 9. Experience managing system integrators, software and hardware vendors and contractors
· 10. Relevant industry experience a plus
· 11. Ability to access and learn from other global corporations,at the same or higher levels of maturity, experience in rolling out common ERP templates locally, regionally, and globally
· 12. 50 % plus travel required
· 13. Experience in effectively reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements and discounts
· 14. Participates in the development and implementation of master information-technology plans
· 15. U.S. Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain security clearance required
· 16. English fluency required
