Experience/Skills
Qualifications:
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages required: Portuguese and
Spanish
- Experience working in a help-desk environment and a general knowledge of IT related subjects is highly desirable

maintain a professional demeanor when handling complex user issues
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
