BCS has been asked to indentify a Graphic Designer for one of our clients.

The initial duration of this project is 6 months

Scope of work:

Under general supervision, utilizes computer graphic equipment to produce publication and presentation art for Internet sites, slides and multimedia presentations.

Interfaces with customer and internal staff to determine needs and objectives. Selects appropriate style, automation tools and visual images to produce desired results.

Creates artwork, still media, animation and other visual images from storyboards or own concepts.

Prepares job estimates and production schedules.

Works with graphics personnel to coordinate and schedule jobs with outside vendors.

Required Skills:
3 years designing graphics for the Web Expert knowledge of Adobe CS3 or higher (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash) Understanding of optimization of Web graphics. 2 years experience developing HTML Websites 2 years developing JavaScript Applications Expert level understanding of CSS Strong written and verbal communications Strong work ethic Strong client facing skills Must be a US Citizen Ability to work in small, rapid-development teams Work closely with customer in analyzing requirements Experience with Flash would be nice to have Knowledge of XML and XSLT Experience with Documentum and Digital Archiving a plus BCS pays referral fees.
