Position: Graphic DesignerSummary:The CompanySurado Solutions develops leading-edge software to provide Customer Relationship Management and E-Business software solutions. Surado is a conservatively managed high tech company. The company is based in Riverside, CA and plans to relocate expanded corporate headquarters to the new University Research Park to accommodate its growth.The RoleSurado seeks a motivated, results-oriented Graphic Designer with print, web and multimedia experience, to create both in-house marketing materials and graphics for client projects. Ideal candidate will be versatile, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize multiple projects is essential.Requirements*
  • Print, Web and Multimedia experience*
  • Design and creation of logos, ads, direct mail, brochures, sales presentations, etc.*
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing*
  • Experience with package design and/or interface design a plus*
  • Scanning, retouching, prepress*
  • File management, archiving, uploading, and PDF production*
  • Experience working with outside agencies, commercial printers, etc.*
  • Attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines*
  • Knowledge of business software applications and software development helpful*
  • Excellent customer service skills to be responsive and meet commitments*
  • Professionalism*
  • A Bachelor's degree in art, design or related field*
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer*
  • Portfolio of professional work for reviewTechnical Skills and Knowledge*
  • Proven skills with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator*
  • Web Design experience, using Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML*
  • Multimedia, motion graphics, animation, digital video and audio technology a plus*
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook*
  • Macintosh and PC experience preferred*
