Location: Wilmington, DE
Project Length: 4 months
Rate: $35-40/hr

Project Description:
Candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for the Graphics Production Services (GPS) department, including the support of all graphics workstations (Macintosh), printers, application servers and the local network. Individual will be needed until existing desktop resources can be trained to support the Macs.

Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for the Graphics Department, including the support of all graphics workstations, printers, application servers and the local network

Primarily responsible for fielding trouble tickets, re-imaging Macintosh workstations, configuring desktop applications, maintaining font collection, printer support, network support, server and back-end automation support, maintaining a universal desktop image and performing daily run the engine tasks for the department.

Requirements:
Strong background in legacy Macintosh support.
Should also have strong customer focus.

Experience Working with All of the Following is Required:

. Apple OS 9.2.1
. Quark Express 3.32
. Quark Publishing System 1.0
. Adobe Illustrator 10
. Adobe Photoshop 7
. Adobe Acrobat 5

Experience Working with Any of the Following is a Plus:
. Filemaker 5.5
. SNAP Navigator
. ATM Deluxe
. McAfee Virex
. Network Assistant
