Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Graphic/Web Designer on a Full Time opportunity with a leading company in the East Bay.

We are looking for enterprise level talent.
* Visual Design*
* Demonstrates and applies solid design skills to a wide range of issues in creative ways.
* Expert in Page Layout and Design
* Works on problems of diverse scope.
* Receives little instructions on day-to-day work and general instructions for new assignments. Directly responsible for the design and execution of key projects.
* Competitive brand/visual audits
* External trends analysis
* Visual design goals and principles; input to delight goals
* Visual design process, schedule, milestones
* Work plans and schedules for project design deliverables.
* Vision demo presentations
* Recommendations for design direction
* Documentation of design improvements needed for next releases
* Visual design language for specific offerings/suites of offerings
* Substantial design improvements across multiple, complex products that meet ease of use, delight and business metrics
* Prioritizes and reviews own deliverables against organizational goals and strategies.
* Uses knowledge of Design for Delight principles, to build and deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Demonstrates initiative, creativity and innovation to drive more effective design and process ideas to fruition.
* Networks with senior internal and external contributors in own area of expertise to advance knowledge and optimize solutions.
* Utilizes metrics to manage and assess deliverables.
* Interaction Design*
* Develop concept flows and navigation system
* Design wireframes in early stage work to define layout, interaction and content details
* Utilizes customer research to drive design iterations

Additional Requirements:
Expert with Adobe tools most importantly Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver
Highly creative
