General Qualifications:
Candidate must have 3+ years experience as Graphic Artist

Must have demonstrated ability in conceptual thinking, creative development, execution and project management.

Excellent written and oral communications skills are a must.

Great color management and layout design.

Must be well versed in the functionality of Flash animation and communicating marketing messages in a creative and effective manner.

Working knowledge of html (web and building interactive CD’s), video compression and web streaming.

Organized, multitask fast and efficient individual, who is always up for a challenge.

Responsibilities:
Provide graphic support for marketing activities and for several departments within company.

Execute production of promotional materials including concept development, design, illustration and production of web, video and print.

Maintain the quality and effectiveness of graphic material while ensuring brand consistency.

Must have working knowledge and experience in the following area:

Design:
Design experience with logos, collateral (direct mail, data sheets, brochures, 2 color, 4 color, 6 color and up), product packaging, tradeshow and event graphics, web design (Internet Extranet, Intranet), PowerPoint presentations, gif animations, and freehand illustration.

Pre-Press:
Must be able to design graphics projects for most cost effective effortless printing.

Must understand all aspects of the printing process and be able to communicate to printers directly in their own language.

Knowledge of terms and best practices, paper stocks, inks and coatings, expert eye for pre-press details and press checks.

Computer Programs/Operating Systems:
Advance experience on PC preferred; MAC secondary

Proficiency in the use of:
Adobe Photoshop CS2
Adobe Illustrator CS2
Adobe In-Design
Quark Xpress
Adobe Flash Animation
PowerPoint
Adobe Acrobat
DreamWeaverdf-tc
