Detailed Description of Job Responsibilities (Tasks & Deliverables):
This job is a =C3=A2??spot consulting job=C3=A2?=C2=9D during the first phase of this project.
We are looking for a Functional Expert on Change Management/Training Strategy/Communications with experience in Global Rollout of HR system, preferably SAP HR. Particularly interested in experiences in South America, Europe, Asia from an overall strategy perspective and regional considerations when crafting communications strategy. This individual is not going to craft or deliver an end product but provide insight, counsel and guidance to internal resources that will enable them to learn best practices and new tools in these areas.


Mandatory Experience:
Experience in setting change management, communication and training strategy for global HR systems, preferably SAP HR
Experience in delivering change management, communications and executing training plans for global rollouts across multiple countries\continents on the same project
Experience in consulting with clients on best practices for implementing change management, communication and training strategies
Experience in crafting communications related to data privacy considerations
