HELP DESK - PC TECH/SUPPORT - (long term contract)

Experience/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Minimum 3 years experience in hardware/ software support, installation, troubleshooting, and repair on desktops and laptops.
2) Previous experience in HELP DESK setting with a LARGE BASE OF USER SUPPORT.
3) Troubleshooting experience is REQUIRED.
4) Experience running systems diagnostics and interpreting information.
5) Experience with installing any applicable products or upgrades.
6) Experience with GHOST image equipment.
7) A+ Certification is REQUIRED
8) EXPERIENCE help desk type software is preferred, especially Remedy experience (UPDATING CALL TRACKING) or simular.
9) Excellent verbal and written communications essentials
10) Previous experience repairing/ cleaning/ maintenance kit for HP PRINTERS (Laser Jet)

Salary range -$25K to low 30's + excellent benefits including, medical, dental, STD, LTD, holidays, vacation, sick days, education, vision and more.
