HERE'S WHAT WE NEED...

We have a 3-6 month consulting opportunity for an HP OpenView Service Desk Administrator in our Raleigh, NC office. The OpenView Administrator must have strong knowledge of Service Desk customization, creating UI and database rules, creating views, and working with CMDB loads. This position requires skills in analyzing operational processes and making modifications to OV ServiceDesk and Alignability Process Model (APM). The ideal candidate will also have some Java/JSP programming, but this is not a requirement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years general experience in Systems Administration, with at least 2 years of direct experience configuring and customizing HP OpenView Service Desk.
  • Strong knowledge of HP OpenView Service Desk and Alignability Process Model customization
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Java/JSP programming skills a plus
