We are looking for a Java/Oracle consultant who worked in configuration/customization of HP-PPM tools which was earlier called as Mercurty ITG or Kantana.

Business Analayst for PPM:

The PPM Deployment Project is the implementation of enterprise-wide portfolio and resource management processes to bring together IT & business strategies with project execution and the assignment of work

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively ina project environment
Planning and Organizational Skills: Demonstrates ability to work on multiple tasks with conflicting priorities and PMO and Project Management: Demonstrates application of good project management practices. Good Customer focus. Builds and maintains good relatiionships.

Sr. PPM Developer:

CoreSkills:
Oracle / Experience in HP PPM Development (same as Mercury ITG)
Java, J2EE
Reporting Skills (crystal reports, Chart FX, Microsoft SSRS, BI skills preferred)

Understanding Customer Requiremnets for Project and Portfolio Management Implementation
Understanding of best practices in Project Development Life Cycle
Customization and Configuration of HP PPM application

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a project environment with customrs and team members
Quality conscious and process driven
Analysing HP PPM database structure and pull out data using complex SQL queries for reporting
Developing custom reports in HP PPM and / or integrating external reporting systems
Writing Oracle Stored Procedures and Database Jobs
