Job Description:

Provide warranty services on HP products at customer locations (2 positions 1 Detroit, Michigan and 1 Toledo, Ohioand surrounding areas within a 100 mile radius). Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of equipment including HP Desktops, HP Laptops, HP Printers, HP Netservers, (HP Plotters - a plus). Must have very good customer service skills. Must have HP SPN's certifications (be able to get list from HP and provide when required). Must be A+ certified. Must have reliable transportation. HP Proliant Server Certification a plus Compaq Proliant Server Certification a plus. Please submit resume to
