HP SPN Certified Hardware Break-Fix Technician

Provide services on HP Products and Compaq Products at customer locations. Must have experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of HP and Compaq equipment including Desktops, Workstations, Laptops, Servers, and Printers. (ProLiant servers and HP Plotters a big plus). Must be able to work under time constraints and have the ability to manager a diverse and sometimes heavy workload. Travel to customer locations may include extended (100-150 miles) driving times. Must be able to take direction. Must have very good customer service skills.

Must have A+ Certification as well as HP Certifications (active or expired) and Compaq Certifications (active or expired)
