The Adecco/Ajilon National Recruitment Center, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of Information Technology and Engineering professionals, has an immediate short term contract assignment available in Arlington Heights, IL for an HP Service Manager 7 Consultant.

Required Skills:
To develop and document plans for the Service Manager architecture, configuration and operations

Detailed Description:
A Technical Consultant will be engaged to define and specify improvements for an operational ServiceManager Knowledge Management implementation to support existing HR and IT Service Desk operations at a customer.

Project Description:
Customer currently has implemented ServiceManager 7.01 to support a 7x24 Service Desk operation using the Incident and Knowledge Management modules. This project will include:
1. High level assessment and presentation of Knowledge Management technology
and process current status and issues
2. Developing plans for Knowledge Management technology and process
improvements
3. Implementing ServiceManager Knowledge Management technology and
process changes to support recommendations and plans

Local Chicago area candidates preferred.
