Description
Ideal candidates should be able to provide engineering recommendations, solutions and problem solving for specific aspects of ServiceCenter. Provides planning, documentation, coordination, and implementation for tasks requiring systems engineering background. Provides implementation of solutions and is expected to be knowledgeable in all related areas of skills as listed. Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing ServiceCenter implementations. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. May provide technical guidance for database administrators and software developers.

Job Responsibilities:
Engage in the consultative process with our customers to allow them to achieve their mission objectives better, faster and cheaper.
Requirements gathering/gap analysis/Scope document.
Create Project Plan & Implement solution Mentoring & Training of Team members
Help design/define ServiceCenter processes with Customers
Need to be able to work in constant changing environment and adapt to different work levels and customer technical knowledge
Ability to do technical documentation and to be able to knowledge transfer to a customer
Assist customer with implementing their HP ServiceCenter (help desk) tool.
Make Recommendations to customer based on their environment and how the tool is being implemented
Ability to customize ServiceCenter based on the customers need
Must have a good understanding of cross platform administration and must have the ability to resolve configuration problems and issues as they occur.
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB
Need to have strong verbal skills
Need to have strong writing skills ability to document all work done
Ability to work independently as well as in a group/team environment (along with Vendor/consultants to deliver set objectives)
Must be a self starter
Must have strong organizational skills
Strong Customer Service skills (ability to talk to a customer)
Create High Level Design, Technical Design and work with team to develop the solution
Customization of a solution based on Contract or Client requirements
Understanding of UCMDB
Integration of ITIL modules with HP CMDB (Incident/Change/Config etc.)
Good understanding of functional/process specifications for Incident,Problem,Change & other ITIL areas
Installation, configuration, and administration of HP ServiceCenter v6.x/HP Service Manager.

Experience/Skills
Candidates must be US Citizen, and willing to obtain Top Secret Clearance w/ Lifestyle Polygraph Clearance.

Candidates must have solid understang of HP ServiceCenter product.
