HR/Finance Automation SQA Analyst

We are currently seeking to fill three HR/Finance Automation SQA Analyst positions for our client in Lakeland, FL. Location: Lakeland, FL
Salary: $38,500-$74,000
Type: Perm

Responsibilities:
- Working with project teams to understand system requirements and specifications
- Developing Quality Assurance testing strategies
- Planning to ensure software quality through the project's life cycle
- Reviewing project requirements and design specifications for quality
- Ensuring testing requirements are documented and understood for the project
- Capturing the design of test cases and test procedures in TestDirector
- Building test cases/scripts using Mercury Interactive test automation tools
- Ensuring all Quality Assurance and testing activities are conducted throughout the cycle and that the results from these activities are verified
- Facilitating defects tracking and problem determination throughout the life cycle

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- Must have a minimum of three years software testing and Quality Assurance
- Must have a minimum of two years experience defining test requirements, test cases, test sets and defects in TestDirector
- Must have experience leading teams of Test Analysts and Testers to execute testing from documented test strategies and plans
- Must have two years experience using Mercury Interactive QuickTest
- Must have experience creating test strategies and plans for software applications
- Must have experience reviewing project requirements and design specifications, ensuring they are free from ambiguity and defining testing requirements within TestDirector
- Must have experience using scripting languages such as VB, Java or C
- Must have some application development background
- Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must have an excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Must have good human relations skills
- Must show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of software testing and Quality Assurance
- Experience creating risk based test strategies and plans or complex I/S projects that deliver Infrastructure and environmental changes to our computing platforms
- Experience creating test strategies and plans for complex programs that may include several interrelated projects
- Extensive I/S background that includes development and Quality Assurance activities on a variety of computing platforms
- Knowledge of software metrics collection and reporting
- Extensive experience with automated testing tools
- Knowledge of Quick Test Pro and/or LoadRunner
