Description
Immediate need for HR generalist who have experience with technical recruiting. This position has high emphasis in recruitment in addition to providing HR services to the Technology Services to business unit. Relocation assistance will be provided. Must have knowledge and understanding of current human resource management issues, trends, and industry best practices and developments. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization. Strong negotiation, consultation, and problem solving skills. Must be able to analyze problems and provide appropriate solutions. General knowledge of office equipment, able to perform basic clerical duties; must be highly confidential; computer literate, intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks; strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks.df-tc
