Berean Group is seeking a HR Program Manager

Project Description:

This is a People Soft conversion project involving four diffent regions and National Functions, so experience implementing People Soft HCM is preferable, but experience getting a program like this off the ground is essential. They need to be good communicators, must have strong PowerPoint skills, and be in command of program/project management disciplines.

Responsibilities:

* Interim Program Management Lead for My HR Release 4
* Responsible for all program/project planning activities necessary to establish the program and kick it off
* Ongoing management of the program until a permanent lead is hired
* Management of early Rel 4 activities identified by the team

Location: Bay Area, Ca.
Duration: 3 months initially, likely extensions
Start: ASAP
