Description

CCCi has an awesome opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Support Admin to work with our local Energy client here in the Charlotte area. This position reports to the HR PMO leader and provides administrative support to the PMO leader, business consultant, project managers and to the project teams as needed in the day-to-day operations of client Human Resources Program Management Office. This position interfaces extensively with the project teams and assists in coordinating various activities. This is on the business side not in IT. Responsibilities include: - Assistant to HR PMO leader. Manages calendars, schedules meetings, reconciles expenses and other administrative tasks - Assists the PMO leader in daily PMO activities including meeting coordination and participation, research, creating reports and presentations. Uses various computer applications, project management system updates, program management repositories update and maintenance, coordination and administrative support to the PMO business consultant, project managers and project teams.

Minimum 3-5 years experience required. Looking for candidates with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; e-mail, internet), excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management, as well as internal project teams and customers. Ability to anticipate and proactively solve problems and candidates with high-energy, the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining a command of details, deadlines and next steps. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and familiarity with Project Management environment and methodology. Desired skills are the familiarity with HR function, familiarity with SharePoint and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project.
