Immediate opening for a senior technical contract recruiter in our Phoenix, AZ office. In this high visibility role, our hiring managers will look to you to implement recruiting solutions by sourcing and interviewing top talent in healthcare, project management, and information technology. You will have the opportunity to utilize your sourcing expertise via cold calling, networking and the internet, as well as other creative methods for attracting high performers. Your success will directly impact our ability to deliver world class service to our clients. This exciting opportunity encompasses all stages of the recruiting process - from partnering with leadership on definition of resource needs and strategy to targeting, accessing, negotiating, recruiting, and closing top candidates. It also includes designing and delivering effective recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit, and select quality candidate for key positions across Perot Systems. We are seeking a senior technical contract recruiter with at least 7 years of recruiting experience in both agency and corporate environments. Extensive technical (IT) recruiting experience within Phoenix marketplace is required. Required Skills and Knowledge: Track record of recruiting and retaining top-tier information candidates. Experience recruiting healthcare IT professionals is strongly preferred. Skilled at developing and implementing creative recruiting solutions that have solved difficult recruiting problems Ability to understand and articulate a hiring leader's resource requirements, culture and other compatibility issues that are critical to making a successful hire. Proven ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships across multiple technologies within the information technology industry Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle coupled with high candidate presentation to offer acceptance ratios Knowledge to develop strategic and tactical resourcing plans Reference-based evidence of achieving high levels of satisfaction with hiring managers and candidates over multiple years Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills combined with a penchant for details Solid business and financial acumen coupled with a good understanding of current information technology services and practices Ability to influence and build credibility and confidence at all levels Experience in Behavioral Interviewing Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet Characteristics: Unquestionable ethics and integrity; strong values modeled consistently in daily behavior Strong work ethic and a professional image combined with high standards of excellence Tenacity, creativity, initiative, and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptabilityYou may apply directly with ?id=3957881df-tc
