Responsible for sending EDI files to carriers and scheduling files to run. Maintain changes to SAP data that result from issue resolution. Write service requests to enhance functionality and fix bugs. Update Company Benefits HTML Web Pages. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years experience with SAP Benefits. 3 years EDI experience. Experience reading and writing file layouts and writing specifications. Understanding of sFTPand other secure file transfer protocols. 3 years of Web Development work. Ability to update files and links on web pages. Ability to build simple text-based pages and images. Expertise in using Excel: pivot tables, macros, vlookups. Familiarity with Benefits business processes.
