The HRTO Coordinator maintains information in internally developed Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and has ownership for data entry related to processing new hire paperwork, change-of-status forms, compensation changes, and other types of HR transactions. In addition to this critical responsibility, he or she will regularly audit the accuracy and completeness of the data and may be asked to focus exclusively on special projects designed to enhance overall data quality.

The HRIS Coordinator is also responsible for running standard reports as required. Overall, the right candidate should be able to pay excellent attention to fine details, maintain a high level of confidentiality, follow instructions, have superior organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks while complying with strict deadlines.

Need candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Technical Operations. Candidates also need a bachelors degree preferably from an outstanding University.df-tc
