Position Title: HTML Programmer
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 3-12 Months/Part Time
Interview Type: Phone Only

Job Description:

Develop HTML index pages and revise/edit existing HTML content for publishing outside of the MSDE Desire2Learn Learning Management System (LMS).
Edit existing HTML files for publishing in the MSDE Desire2Learn Learning Object Repository
Troubleshoot coding fixes to ensure publishing
Develop additional Flash content using existing templates or software with Flash output (such as Articulate or Captivate)

Essential Requirements shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the following:
Five (5) years experience (minimum) in instructional technology and multimedia HTML/HTML content development including expertise in developing multimedia
curriculum items and publishing them on the Web and in LMS/CMS environments
Experience with Desire2Learn required; experience with the Learning Object Repository (LOR) preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, the Internet, HTML editors, digital photo editors, Respondus, and HTML and Flash content development of tools such as
StudyMate, Captivate, and Articulate
Knowledge of and experience in developing in 508 compliant format Web applicationsdf-tc
