Description
Inspect, diagnose, and perform emergency and/or routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment throughout facilities. Trouble shooting, maintenance and replacement of bulbs, ballasts, belts, drives, filters, seals, motors, pumps, valves, pneumatic controls; Maintain necessary equipment and building system logs and records. Respond to assigned work orders through to completion in a timely manner. Interact with vendors to review supplies and to assure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Inspect buildings grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions. Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations Must have truck (enclosed) or van to carry large equipment, mileage will be reimbursed.df-tc

Experience/Skills
call for details, Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing and lifting 50 lbs. of equipment (pumps, tools, ladders); ability to safely install rigging/lifting devices. 3+ years experience as HVAC Journeyman
