Technical Manager - Software Development Manager - ASP.NET/C# Tech Lead

If you are a Hands on .NET Software Development Manager with experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- MUST have Entrepreneurial Spirit!
- This is a HANDS ON Manager position. You MUST have at a minimum 5+ years of experience as a .NET developer
- Bachelors Degree is a MUST, Masters Degrees from Top Tier Universities are a major plus!
- Leadership skills are an absolute must!
- C#/ASP.Net 3.5 development in a 3-tier environment
- SQL 2005, new T-SQL stored procedures
- 80% hands on, 20% requirements
- meeting with brands, determining technical specs, interacting with Creative
new projects all the time, full SDLC, fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus


What you'll be doing:

- Leading a large team
- Hands on Develpment with ASP.NET/C#
- Developing Process and Scoping Projects
- STRONG Involvment in Architecture, Development, Design, hiring, firing, and communications
- Must be able to communicate with C-Level Managment
- Build a team, to mentor and lead in NEW ASP.NET projects!
