Description
Will coordinate and administer operations and data processing of a Bank with four locations in Eastern Iowa. Develop and recommend policies, procedures and objectives in the area of operations and data processing. Work with senior management in developing plans and policies which may affect the bank as a whole. Will supervise the Data Processing Departemnt Staff, Tellers, Customer Service and Secretaries.

Requirements:
