Description
We are seeking skilled Help Desk Analysts to provide phone coverage receiving incoming IT support requests and to document all information in Remedys Action Request System. This position will require evening and weekend work.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills: telephone, customer service, conflict management, and negotiating.
Ability to work as part of a team with little direct supervision.
High level understanding of business functions and ability to discern impact of request/problem on the business.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills on workstation, mainframe, client/server and business applications.
Willingness to provide off-hour coverage as needed.
Lotus Notes and Outlook experience.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Experience using HDRTS (Help Desk Request Tracking System) Remedy is desired
