Our Fortune 100 client is skilled Helpdesk person. Position responsiblities included:The Help Desk Technician responsibilities: Manage resolution of inbound security calls quickly, professionally and efficiently. Diagnose security issues; perform Domain, system and application password resets. Follow all escalation procedures according to service Level agreement use remote control tool to assist end user when needed research issues when answers are not readily available with the use of Knowledge tool Provide an accurate record of each call in a problem management database Monitor all open issues to ensure business expectations are met.Technical skills required:Proficiency in Microsoft office products, Windows 2000, XP, VPN, Networking, NT Security, Internet & IntranetRequirements: At least one year of experience, problem solving in a technology support setting. Ability to work in a fast paced environment Experience working in a diverse team setting, and a track record of success. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The drive and ability to see problems through to completion. Evidence that courses have been taken in Operating systems, Networking, Microsoft Office and general PC support with minimum GPA of 3.0.This is a contract opportunity. Local candidates are given preference. All candidates must meet minimum requirements for experience and all resume submissions must have qualifications listed. Corp.-to-Corp. arrangements are available on a limited basis.
