Description
6 month plus contract position (possible perm position). For a Help Desk specialist with at least 2-4 years technical support experience in a large corporate environment.
Duties include: Provide superior customer service and support in all aspects of customer requests - entering incidents, resolving problems and closing calls, forwarding workorders, and incident follow up/ownership to the satisfaction of the customer.
Maintain a strong focus on the quality of service delivered, taking a customer care' perspective.
Document all calls and actions taken in SupportMagic. Maintain data integrity of call-tracking software through accuracy and thoroughness of call data entry.
Local candidates preferred.

Experience/Skills
2-4 years Help Desk support experience with:
Windows 9.x-NT, 2000, XP, Novell, AS/400, RS/6000
Strong hardware and software support experience (MS-Office Suite)
Support Magic or other Call tracking software
