Help Desk level 1 need someone to start Monday!

If you have 1 year of technical support experience and are looking to get your foot in the door and become a respected Help Desk Technician..this is the opportunity!

This is a national provider of healthcare equiptment.
They will train you on the proprietary software.
Must be a quick learner and highly motivated in IT.

Must interview Thursday or Friday this week!df-tc


Experience/Skills

Supporting the Help desk for internal staff-75% on the network, the rest is wireless laptops (all equipment is HP/ghosted to the same image)

Can't print, or connect or VPN, or application issues.

Microsoft Office, proprietary scheduling and billing systems, PACS.
