Bank One's Retail Application Solutions Center is committed to assisting users of our various applications by answering difficult application questions and improving the applications based on user problems. Solutions Center Analysts play a critical role by providing application users with one-on-one interaction that directly impacts Bank One's ability to service external customers. The job responsibilities of a Solutions Center Analyst include: responding to user application questions, resolving user problems, evaluating the need to request a change to the application and tracking all phone interactions in order to improve the applications.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Candidates must have 3 years of Retail Banking experience. In order to be successful in assisting application users, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze problems, the ability to probe for details and the ability to make quick decisions. In order to deal with difficult procedures and applications, a successful candidate must also have good telephone etiquette, patience and the ability to handle situations independently. They must be flexible about work schedules, which will include weekends on a rotating basis, and be able to sit for long periods of time. Ideally, we seek individuals with previous experience using Bank One Retail Banking applications.
