A growing Network Management Service company based out of Scottsdale, AZ is hiring for their first shift position for their Help Desk department at a starting pay of $14.53/hr.

Are you the kind of person who likes to get your work done early in the day and out of the way? Well our client is looking for someone to start at 6:30am and end their day at 3:30pm. A good fit for this position is someone that works well in a team environment and has experience in taking inbound Tier 1 calls from clients, troubleshooting system and network issues, monitoring networks (or general knowledge of network functions) and escalating problem/issues. This is a high volume call center where 80% of the calls you will take will be escalated to the apropriate department.

Looking for 1 year of help desk / tech support in an enterprise environment (over the phone).

This is a great opportunity for someone would wants to grow within a good company as there are a number of people that have move up within the company who started in this department.

Position location: Scottsdale, on N Pima Rd/E. Chaparral Rd Right off the 101
Shift: 6:30am - 3:30pm
Full Medical, dental, vision, etc.
Pay: $14.53/hr with annual raises.
