Do you want to join one of the most prestigious law firms on the AmLaw 100? Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tier 3 support analyst to join their IT team immediately. The right candidate must be able to provide the highest quality of customer support and possess a solid understanding of and background working within a Microsoft environment and have experience with a Document Management System such as Interwoven. In addition, this position would require 20% training to the employees of the firm. Must also be proficient with MS Word.
