Description
Robert Half Technology has an IMMEDIATE need for a Help Desk Analyst II. Job Duties will include but are not limited to:- End-user support of internal employees via phone or desk side- Managing desktops, laptops and Blackberries- Installing and activating said devices- Troubleshooting of defective or inoperable devices or components - Ongoing support of equipment to provide optimal performance for the usersPosition requires the prioritization of incoming calls. Traveling will required 20% of the time.

Experience/Skills
2+ years as Desktop Support Analyst in a large corporate environment using Windows XP on desktops and laptops, IBM/Lenovo, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office 2003. Must have the ability to troubleshoot user's issues from beginning to end, and work under minimum supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must. Any experience with Microsoft Windows Vista and Microsoft Office 2007 would be a plus.
