Description
Growing Florham Park company has a contract to hire opportunity for a Level II Help Desk Analyst. This position will report the Manager and will be a part of an expanding team. This position requires strong MS Office troubleshooting skills along with the ability to remotely troubleshoot Trios, Blackberries, scanners, printers, fax machines, etc. Familiarity with Outlook and Lotus notes is needed.

Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Level II Help Desk Support experience. Must have strong client support skills and be able to communicate effectively in person and via the phone. This position will require everyone on the team to be on call 1 weekend approximately every 5-6 weeks.
