Description
We are searching for a Tier II help Desk Analyst to work on a six week contract for a Manufacturing client located 15 minutes South of Downtown. You will be working in a queue based ticketing system (HEAT) supporting Windows XP, MS Office, and Lotus Notes. Experience with AS 400 applications a big plus.
