Description
I am currently seeking a level II Help Desk Analyst for deployment of PCs, refreshing of older PCs, using Symantec Ghost to image the machines and then join the PCs to the corporate domain.The environment for this level II Help Desk Analyst will be working in a Windows XP and Windows 2000 environment and will have to configure the Desktop Outlook client in a corporate environment (Outlook 2000, 2003, XP), transferring data from old PCs to new, and complete the deployment of new systems to users desks. MAC OSX and Blackberry Support experience not needed but is highly sought after.
