Description
Robert Half Technology seeks a Level I Helpdesk Analyst for our downtown Cleveland location. The Level I Helpdesk Analyst is the initial point of contact for IT Support. The Helpdesk Analyst will primarily provide support for internal and external users. Secondary duties will be configuring, testing, maintenance, and repair of desktop and cutting-edge handheld computers. The Helpdesk Analyst must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.

Experience/Skills
