Robert Half Technology is assisting a local Sacramento Supply Company looking to add a Help Desk individual to their team. This is a fast past environment and are looking for following skill but not limited to: MS Outlook, Excel and Office; Manage high volume of order status emails, high volume of phone calls and customer request in a timely manner; with strong documentation and follow through with client relations. The Help Desk candidate will manage all USPS shipments.
