Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for a bilingual help desk analyst for a contract position with one of our clients. This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and e-mails from end users, troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and escalating trouble tickets as necessary.

Experience/Skills
