Description
Robert Half Technology has a downtown Cleveland client who has an ongoing opportunity for a Level I Helpdesk Analyst. The Level I Helpdesk Analyst is the initial contact for IT Support. The Helpdesk Analyst will be primarily provide support for internal and external users. Secondary duties will be configuring, testing, maintenance, and repair of desktop, notebook, and cutting-edge handheld computers. The Helpdesk Analyst must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision. Qualifications:- Associates or Bachelors in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience- 1+ years of experience supporting PC systems- Excellent customer service skills- Knowledge of Microsoft products-Lotus Notes experience not required but is a plus
