Description
North Houston company seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 Support to local and remote users. The main issues they will be handling are: printer issues, Outlook issues, and connectivity. Must have Windows XP, Outlook, Office, and Active Directory experience. Will use Active Directory to add/delete users and reset passwords. The company uses SMS for remote support and Track It for their ticketing system. The candidate doesn't need this experience. The position will be 100% phone support. They also remote into the local user's computers to resolve issues over the phone.

Experience/Skills
