A company in Madison is looking for a Support Analyst for a long term contract. The Support Analyst, or Help Desk Professional is responsible for assisting internal customers with level one support issues and concerns. The Support Analyst will respond to emails and calls in regards to hardware, software, and additional troubleshooting with proprietary applications. We are looking for Help Desk Professionals who enjoy working in a team environment, have a minimum of six or more months of help desk experience, intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, and excellent communication skills; call center experience is a huge plus.
